1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop NTNSTA.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:
NTNSTA, Tugay Mikael Basaran, Siegburgerstraße 48, 53229 Bonn, Germany.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By submitting your order, you make a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Products and Print-on-Demand

Our products are only printed with our own designs after an order has been received (Print on Demand). Production-related deviations in color or print may occur and do not constitute a defect.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in Euro.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged.
Shipping costs range from €3.99 to €9.95 depending on the delivery country and are clearly indicated during the order process.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• Sofortüberweisung

The charge will be made immediately after the order is completed.

7. Delivery

Delivery takes place within the EU.
The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days plus production time.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.

9. Returns

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
The goods must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages based on intent or gross negligence.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies.
Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
